1. About Us

MOLD_GHAR sells silicone molds and craft supplies (vase molds, tray molds, resin molds, kids DIY molds, etc.) for concrete, cement, resin, and candle-making projects, shipped across Pakistan.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Placing an order confirms you agree to the price, product details, and quantity shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

We accept prepaid payment via [bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa/card, as applicable].

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available by request via WhatsApp only, with an advance delivery charge of Rs. 350 and a 4% COD handling tax, as stated in our Shipping Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on location, via [courier name].

Free shipping applies to prepaid orders over Rs. 4,000.

Delivery timelines are estimates; delays caused by the courier are outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

In summary: no returns for change of mind; size mismatches and seller-fault issues (damaged/wrong item) are eligible for refund or exchange; used products are not eligible for return.

6. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our molds are intended for craft use with materials such as plaster of Paris, concrete, resin, soap, and candle wax as specified per product.

Results may vary depending on the material, technique, and curing conditions used by the customer. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by improper material handling.

Always follow the recommended usage instructions provided with each mold.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, product descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of MOLD_GHAR and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOLD_GHAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
