Refund policy

At MOLD_GHAR, we stand behind the quality of our molds — please read our return terms carefully before ordering.

No returns for change of mind. Since molds are made/stocked to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind.

Size mismatch: If the item you receive has different dimensions than stated in the listing, you're eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We recommend returning via post office — delivery cost is typically only Rs. 150.

Seller fault (damaged or wrong item): If the product arrives broken or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it free of cost.

Used products are not eligible for refund. A used mold has significantly less resale value, so we're unable to accept it back. If you're unsure about a product, we recommend testing carefully before full use, or reaching out to us with questions first.

Refund method: Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer/JazzCash within 3–5 business days.
